Until recently, Tungsten Heavy Powder, Inc. has manufactured Tungsten powders with very high density for mainly lead replacement applications in both weight and radiation shielding uses.

We recently commissioned and installed new equipment that now enables us to manufacture Tungsten Carbide powders. These powders are mainly used in the manufacturing of hard metals (cemented Carbide).

By recycling your own scrap carbide material (tolling) or ours, we can manufacture both pure WC and whatever specified alloy compound you desire.

You always maintain ownership of your material and we NEVER mix or add. The yield is 98% - 99%.

We can process both WCCo (Tungsten Carbide Cobalt) and WCNi (Tungsten Carbide Nickel). Our state-of-the-art computerized equipment ensures the highest quality and superior consistency of these recycled powders.

With a fully-equipped, in-house laboratory facility, we can also certify each production batch with most of the tests that you might specify.
